Cancellation/Refund Policy:

• More than 7 days from the first class of Session – Full Refund less $15.00 per registration
• 7 days or less from the first class of Session – 50% Refund
• Once class begins – NO REFUNDS. Exceptions due to significant distress or unforeseen circumstances

Late Pickup Policy

If you have not picked up your child 10 minutes after class ends, we consider this a late pick-up. For pickups that occur 11 minutes after class ends, families will be charged $1.00 per minute per child. This is not a punitive measure, but to accommodate for additional staffing this requires. We ask that families inform First Tee  — San Francisco by calling 415.731.4653 if they foresee being late for pick up.
